When things don't work the way I expect, I either a) reconsider my expectation to see if I'm wrong or b) if I'm not wrong, tenaciously attack and fix it until it meets my expectations.

Content Views is a great plugin. It simplified my implementation of aspects of this site’s design. It drives the ‘grid’ format on the portfolio and weblog pages mainly. I couldn’t get it to work when collectively looking at a category of posts, however.
When clicking on the category link in a post, Content Views returned all posts no matter what category… Basically the Weblog page with a different title. Not Good. So with some handy googling, I wrote a new ‘loop’ for the category and tag taxonomies so now even if you click on a tag, you get the posts labeled with only that tag.
This also applies to the Calendar (Archive) and Search Results Pages.
